Stakeholder Supported
The State of Colorado, U.S. DOE and NREL have a shared mission and commitment to this renewable energy vision, and thus have aggregated key state and federally owned land to support the development of Glo Park. Glo Park’s land is owned by the State of Colorado, leading to fast-tracked building permitting and development outside of local zoning and codes. The State of Colorado, via a 70-member stakeholder group, will act as an advocate for increased public-private partnership, additional educational opportunities, and sourcing of philanthropic funds to further enhance common areas, outdoor spaces, and even unique laboratory equipment desirable to tenants located within the campus.
